I just had my first session with Christina, and wow! 🤩 I had such an amazing experience. We did an inner child session with reiki and it was honestly the gentlest energy healing experience I’ve ever had. As a result, I feel so much more grounded, so much more integrated and generally just put together. The effects were immediate. I’m really enjoying how much calmer and secure and present I feel as a result (I have an issue with dissociation, so being present in the now is a bit of a challenge for me). Christina is also incredibly good at explaining things! She’s a natural-born educator. I loved working with her, and I hope to work with her again in the future. I highly recommend trying a reiki session with her; she has the ability to be very gentle while incredibly effective at the same time.❤️🌹
